Firstly, the day that each round ends and the next begins will be changing from a Tuesday to a Wednesday. Just because

Exactly, amount of games we play shouldn't be a deciding factor when defaults. I browse 90% of time anyway, and if my opponent is on, I'll log into the game window.

The Play stat tells you how many games you've actually played. So players who have had a defeat by default will still have the number of games they actually played. This will come in handy in ensuring that everyone has played as often as each other as possible. This will be important if people join late.

The Wins stat isn't worth much good to be honest, it doesn't contribute to anything, but what the hell, it's there anyway.

The Losses stat is all-important. If that reads 2, you're out, and you'll stop appearing on that list.

For this next round, players on 0 defeats will play each other, and players on 1 defeat will play each other. At the moment there's 11 of one type and 9 of the other, but that's no problem. One of the unbeaten players will play one of the players on one defeat.
