Played them games with shadwell, 4-0 to him. I was shocking, had a good chance in the first but fouled the white, he played well tho, always able to clear up from my mistakes. Sorry guys

He was on fire in this match, he ran the rack in the first frame with some nice potting, he stayed at that level making things hard for me, i fought back with some of my own clears in the last 2 frames to take a hard earned 3 - 2 going into 9us.

Full of confidence we play 9 ball but then he made a 2 - 9 combo after making a mistake i think and that made me sit up!

He took the next 1 aswell, i hit back with a runout 1 - 9 but he still managed to nick it 3 - 2 in the end.

Was not too concerned tbh and thought his UK game wouldn't be as good as his US but he was back on form he hit a runout in frame 1 and then frame 2 i broke but was on nothing and he cleared up to go 2 - 0 in a matter of 4 mins, i grabbed the next frame but then i fouled in the 4th after trying to clear i potted his red after a tough plant. I had already lost but fought on in the last frame to keep it close!

Really enjoyed the match, credit to him he was a good laugh.
Very good quality match this, I got a runout in 8us and he 7balled me once, fair score here. 9us should've been 3-2 either way, i fluked a black which left an easy 9. 8uk was quality, each game over in 1 or 2 visits. One runout each here but he was unlucky to scratch off one break and i cleared from there.
