ill set ya all an example how to organize a game and how to keep it,
have done it year in year out, not a single game gone to default. bring it on!
ps, horse10000, make sure that the rules are firm, no more messing about, waiting forever for the player or playing mindgames. if its small clans, everything must be small, like eric's mickey :)

Yeah i know mate but does more harm than good, keeping him prisoner as it isn't a contract and would cause friction on the forum. Before 2015 when i came back full time, i was a lot softer but "New" Pool Clans forced me to toughen up quickly where as before i was barely in fights

and yes, this clan is based on Old FCL which means no prisoners, sub to get games done (week 2, unless one sided), fun regardless of score, no manipulation etc.
that's if we have a season at all and plan to rotate depending if people gets games done, if they do, they'll remain in play (unless everyone plays and benched wants to play) and if not then if theirs an active benched player free, they'll be swapped if they're at fault

Poaching has always been part of clans, It's just something you have to learn to deal with.

We still don't have many teams and even those we do have are full of inactive players, even though players keep trying to say to the contrary.
Could all players who would like to participate in an event which will hopefully be in some form of team format post on here to confirm they are interested.
I will not accept anyone posting on behalf of someone else, please can all players who post only post if you know that you are going to be active and are that you are willing to make an effort to play games.
Hopefully then we will get an event with players who actually want to play, depending on numbers i will try and create an event to suit.
Any questions please feel free to message me offline to keep the thread clean.
