Thats what i'm trying to say too, as long as Phoenix made effort then its 33% Scorpions vs 66% Phoenix and in FBL it would be a 2-0 Phoenix without seeing effort then depending on effort can lower or boost the score. In an FCL it may be 10-5 Phoenix thats if the full score was used without applying effort then score lowers/grows depending how balanced the effort is.

Activity is a secondary measure however as runners has to take members at face value and on Pool it is hard giving politics the past year so effort is a primary measure and if none is applied that 10-5 may become a 0-5 then if Scorps made no effort then maybe a 0-0. Harsh but fair as without Jans activity tracker you have to take members at face value on activity.

In this case Phoenix is leading i believe, In some others then it is Scorpions who are leading. The inactive team should help as much as possible to get a fixture completed. If the active team wants to sub then its their call but the guidelines has been in for two seasons to protect active players from losing points if they make the effort.

Not having ago at anyone but i'm one of the few who truly understand how the system works.

Due to the shyte no subs rule I had to deregister you from the team in order to make our substitution. I have every intention of adding you back and I see beeps already trying to cause unnecessary conflict between us.

I had to make a sub as I was aware slimeball was limited to availability BUT didn't expect it to be for as long. Had I known that... You would not have been subbed out.

The underlined section is us trying to accommodate you and your player.. The fact still remains he returned later than initially advised (02/09) and his time zone still remains an issue regardless. Also you claim I was kept informed... No I wasn't given a real time frame and had you been more informative no sub from us would have been made. I queried your player remaining in the fixture...12 days ago on this very thread.

So me removing him what appears to be very prematurely & under false pretences is Phoenix Reapers trying to accommodate your team. Our player dead_silence has no reason or need to try to accommodate your player any further this fixture set.

I reiterate his availability and time zone remain an issue...please try to accommodate the fixture, if not my team.

Ive kept you fully aware he went away hence my post and you asked when hes back which i told you too . Its not a crime to go away on holiday besides kirk was inactive hence why you removed him .

Any player who's inactive and gets removed i.e kirk , the sub dead_silence should meet or try to meet slimeballs times . Not our fault that kirk was offline and inactive then removed lol ..
