that is a very good answer. unfortunately its not the right one. the arm is his real arm as in hands fingers etc.

when you say letter, does it mean like A, B or C? or an actual written letter?

the guy sacrifices his arm to save something or something.. his family, child.. it is a note on telling him what he should do to keep them safe, just a guess lol i havent read n e other posts
