Hippes was 3-0 playing really well, i had a sniff in 4th but took eye off pot to focus on a tough pos then hippes had bad luck in UK but was over by end of 9 when he won 4-0. First he missed a tough black with inoff on then fouled on break for me to carry a 7 ball.

Never nice to play a really good mate on and off the game tbh - he had zero run of the ball. I potted well when i had too, the 4th frame I were lucky to ricochet the 8 near the pocket but finished with a nice 7 baller set up via a pretty tricky plant.

So I think i deserved the win this time...still a very good player is Alex.
