Bye bye rangers, now lets hope they do it right and put them in third division where a 'new club' should always start from, i can't see it but that's what should happen.
Anyone else reminded of the league discussion threads? Same conversations lol

Yes, i agree any new club should start in Div 3. This is what all Rangers and non Rangers fans want, and i hope everyone knows it. Except Kilmarnock!

I find a trip to the 3rd division will be interesting, really looking forward to some of the games actually. Though when/if we get back to the top flight, should the talk of a boycott of away matches be taken seriously?

Everton Rangers?! What? lol!

No decision released as of yet, but due one today in the fate of Rangers, either Division 1 or 3.

If the decision is Division 1....well...i don't think Rangers could be hated any more than what they will be.

Love it

Thats the decision most Rangers fans wanted, SPL did their vote apparently based on sporting integrity, then the SFA and SPL offer allsorts to the SFL clubs to get Rangers into Div 1 so they don't lose so much money, looks like they will now lose around 16 mil, Inverness have arranged an emergency board meeting, I wonder how many more SPL clubs will be panicking lol.

Inverness vote no, but are holding an emergency meeting now? What sense does that make? (if true)

Quite happy with this, it's time to get behind the club and start again, definitely enquiring about season tickets in the next week or so.
Will look forward to the football in the Premier and 3rd.
Wish everyone other than Celtic all the best in the title race. (Hope Motherwell get stuck in)

Right decision for sporting integrity.

No doubt some chairman will have a few sleepless nights now, but maybe that is a good thing and hopefully all teams start running their clubs within their means

Bye bye kilmarnock next i would think

End of Scottish football? I'm not so sure, if anything it could be the beginning for a lot of clubs.

Roll on Peterhead!

I'm glad we got in to the division three so all the random messages laughing at me and my username can take a run and jump, your insults don't bother me.

At least now Rangers can work their way to the very top again, beating all the teams in Scotland and once again claim the rightful spot as the best Scottish team there ever was (even under a new name)

This is flying around some Gers pages: Rangers COULD become the first team to win all 4 divisions.

I'm not entirely sure that's accurate, since Dumbarton won Div 2. Doesn't that make them the first team to do so? I'm sure they already won the SPL, Div 1 and 3... Anyone confirm this?

As only celtic and rangers have won SPL, i am sure they would be the only one. For others it would have been the very old division 1 even before the premier league to have a complete set.
