I think its about time we came to a decision to be honest

So I'd suggest one of these two

Firstly

2 players play each game type. 6 frames of each, 3 of straight (2 points per frame). Each player that wins adds 1 point to the tally of the fixture, so the team that wins is the one with most games won, negates those big scores in this case a 6-0.

Example
Team A vs Team B

US8: A1 6-0 B1, A2 2-4 B2
US9: A3 3-3 B3, A4 6-0 B4
UK8: A5 2-4 B5, A6 2-4 B6
Strt: A7 2-4 B7, A8 2-4 B8

25-23 in frames to Team A
but Team B wins 5-2 on games won.

Between 6-8 players
You have a home and an away team, home team chooses game type. 6 frames of US8, US9 or UK8 or 3 frames of straight. Have one home and one away fixture against each team in the season.

Don't see this being introduced, many people like to take their time in clan games

It would help with captains getting to know players, they need to because they need their strongest type.

It would help produce competitive games between two players at their strongest type.

Lets just say hypothetically that FPL or CPL starts up again. What would you do?

Would you try and sort out a rotating system mentioned before.

or

Use the two leagues as different divisions.

You know hypothetically.

You need to be prepared is all I'm saying.

League structure

How does everything think we should work it?

Dismissing having 1 large league there are 2 ways we could work it.

Firstly, 2 pools of say 5/6 clans and the top 2 from each pool go through to a semi-final and ultimately a final

or

secondly, 2 divisions with promotion and relegation at the end of each season, with possible twists included such as a play-off for the title between say top 2 in Division 1. Other possibilities include having 1 automatic relegation and promotion slot and the 2nd being a play-off between the 2 clans above or below the promoted/relegated side.

So example

Division 1 (Theoretical names of teams and the order they finish the season)
1. Birds
2. Fish
3. Elephants
4. Badgers
5. Mice

So Birds and Fish would go into a play-off between 1 and 2 to decide the title.

Mice are automatically relegated.

Badgers and Elephants go into a play-off to decide who is the second team to be relegated.

Division 2
1. Goldfish
2. Hedgehogs
3. Sea Hawks
4. Lions
5. Hummingbirds

Goldfish are automatically promoted.

Hedgehogs and Sea Hawks go into a play-off for the 2nd promotion spot.

One other alternative to this is that 2nd in Div 2 plays 4th in Div 1 and the winner stays/goes in Division 1 (negating the play-offs for relegation/promotion in each division)

cpl and fpl looks like alot of leagues however the format here looks good and a challenge

We're bringing this in because there hasn't been much interest or plans to continue with either the CPL or FPL so as it would stand this would be the 2nd league and no would not be involved with the FCL.
