Right thing to do ignore them

As already stated: Our Intentions are the following:

1. To hopefully not make ANY subs nor swaps during fixtures
2. To give our 12 players the entire 14 days in which to complete their matches.
3. To have absolute trust in our players
4. To try stem any arguments from happening with regards to a sub/swap.
5. To ONLY have 12 players making it more manageable and hopefully distribute matches more evenly
6. To try and bring back that element called FUN, that's actually part of the sites name
7. IF a sub/swap is obviously URGENTLY required then we will adhere to Rules and Regulations as stated on the Clan Websites.
8. We ain't set up to jump through hoops for everyone and anyone.
9. Give us a chance to try run things OUR own way and concentrate on your own affairs. The amount of prying and interference is part of the root cause to any arguments too.
10. Bring on Next Season .

Most clans want 16 players so having a clan with 12 players isn't going do jack. I wouldn't be surprised If this destroys another clan tbh, there's never going to be more clans than what there already is as there just isn't enough active members, haha at this been the way of the future. I really don't think there is a future for this site.

I think this team like Phoenix will ultimately fail.
Your rules offer no communication with other clans and pretty much if theres a timing issue you plan to just leave it so the other clan subs there player out?
So then other clans will refuse to sub there players which will lead to more defaults
Also if you want to limit the amount of arguments then posting arrogant posts on pds thread isn't the way is it? As I'd of left with thread alone.
Also maybe you should take you advice and start with the man in the mirror and quit... again

just start your own 12 player a team league up, it would be easier for everyone else

honestly don't see everyones issue.
if the games get played with no defaults then who's right to judge how it gets there.
the fixtures get released in the format of players vs players therefore swaps/subs are expected to be in special circumstances where the game would otherwise be incomplete.
the captains send in the players they want to play and they should play unless there are circumstances preventing it, I'm sure that was the idea when the league was set up.
there are no rules governing a minimum number of players provided all games can be completed.
stop willing this clan to fail due to personal prejudices.
If you're not in the clan and you have nothing constructive to say then keep it to yourself as it doesn't affect you and then everyones happy!
If it doesn't work then the blame rests with ash and the clan and you'll have the satisfaction of being right, but theres no reason why it shouldn't work and no reason not to try
